The Hart Wellness Collaborative (HWC) is a tax-exempt, non- profit organization located in Middletown, CT.  The mental health disparities in marginalized communities were magnified during the height of COVID. HWC is committed to addressing these disparities by offering a range of programs, including Trauma Bonded Sistas workshops; Youth Mentoring, and various Community Engagement Initiatives to promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.
